1. Introduction

Welcome to SilverLaw. By accessing or using services at SilverLaw.pro you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services

SilverLaw offers legal support tailored to seniors, including estate planning, will preparation, power of attorney, and related advisory services.

3. Information Products

We may offer digital guides, templates, or tutorials designed to assist seniors in understanding legal processes. Access is granted upon completion of relevant steps.

4. Goods

SilverLaw may provide printed materials or physical kits to supplement our services or digital products.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are due in advance as specified at the time of order or engagement. Accepted methods are listed at the point of checkout.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Legal Services

Legal Services engagements are customized. Requests for reimbursement or credit must be submitted in writing within 7 days of engagement start. If no work beyond initial consultation has been performed, a full credit may be issued toward future services. After substantive work has begun, reimbursements are not available.

6.2 Information Products

Digital guides or courses may be eligible for a credit within 14 days of delivery, provided fewer than 20% of modules have been accessed. Upon approval, credits are applied to your SilverLaw account or original method.

6.3 Goods

Clients may send back physical items in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Upon inspection and approval, a credit will be applied to your original method or account. Clients are responsible for shipping costs.

6.4 Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain services such as expedited filings, court appearances, or flat-fee packages are non-reimbursable. These services require significant upfront allocation of professional time and resources. No credit is issued once the engagement has commenced.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment up to 48 hours before the original date without penalty. Requests after that period may be subject to a fee or may be declined.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverLaw’s liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount of fees paid for the relevant Service.
